Description: Proposed multiple treatments as needed of aerial application of mating disruptant flakes and/or biological
insecticide Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). Treatments are part of a coordinated effort to slow the spread of this nonnative invasive insect.

right-of-way (ROW) originally issued by the Department of Army in 1965. Midewin has been administering the
utility ROW since 1997

The pipeline is approximately 3 miles long on the west side of Midewin. IL 53 highway and the Union Pacific
Railroad both run parallel to the pipeline on the E, adjacent grasslands are N, S and W.
