OP 72.19:
Malfunction of Concession Machines

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to establish the procedures for
reporting malfunction in concession machines (e.g., Coca-Cola Bottling Company,
Inc.).
REVIEW:
This OP will be reviewed in May of odd-numbered years by the managing director of
Procurement Services with substantive revisions forwarded to the vice president for
administration & finance and chief financial officer.
POLICY/PROCEDURE
1. Malfunctioning Machines
Malfunction of a machine should be addressed as follows:
If a product is not dispensed or if incorrect change is received, it should be reported to
Procurement Services at 742-3844, giving the location of machine, the issue being reported, and
the name and contact number of the person providing the information. Complaints may also be
emailed to purchasing@ttu.edu. . Procurement Services will log the complaint and report the
problem(s) and location of the machine(s) to the respective vending company.
2. Refunds
Refunds on loss of money may be obtained at the locations listed below:
