Assistance Requested:
USFS to provide 2 fully staffed Type 1 Incident Management teams to assist the National IMAT East in Operational, Logistical, Planning and other Life
Sustaining Support. Teams should deploy to Dallas prior to landfall of Hurricane Gustav, be 72 hour fully sufficient, and ready to deploy after the storm
makes landfall as directed. This will include USFS/DOI personnel for the NIMO team; saw crews, handcrews, IMTs and other life sustaining support
personnel.

Mission Statement: Your agency is responsible for submitting a Mission Assignment Monthly Progress Report to FEMA to include cost data when
Mission Assignments take more than 60 days to complete, including billing. The Mission Assignment Monthly Progress Report can be accessed and
submitted on-line at http://www.fema.gov/government/business.shtm The new ALC number can also be accessed at the web address.
