Graph theory! You may find that many of the exercises require you to think – please rise to the challenge!
One of the nice things about graph theory is that you can easily make up tons of examples of most concepts,
and even draw them. I encourage you to do so, because it will deepen your understanding. When proving
claims, don’t worry about the lack of model proofs, but use your proof-writing experience to guide you. Full
sentences and concise arguments that nevertheless cover the salient points are always welcome. As always,
carefully check any claim for a variety of simple cases before trying to construct a proof.

7.1.8, 7.1.9, 7.1.10, 7.2.6, 7.2.12, 7.2.13, 7.2.17, 7.2.18
(Exercises 7.1.8, 7.1.9, 7.2.6, and 7.2.17 are particularly important. Spend extra time on them if necessary!)
