Summary
Recommendation for second move:
Y axis decenter at position 8 is between 0.3 and 0.4 mm. Recommend
undershoot (-0.3 mm) move to optimize S-curves along centerline
Second move uses pos 8 for analysis:
Move -0.3 mm in Y only
M1 = -12 steps and M2 = + 12 Steps
To balance the centerline decenters (S-curves) there are options for
the third move. (See previous charts)
This assumes the FFOV/TS field dependent decenters are baseline.
Third move uses pos 8 for analysis:
If resulting Y decenter from the second move is -0.1 mm, move +0.1mm in Y only
If resulting Y decenter from the second move is +0.1 mm, stop
If resulting Y decenter from the second move is +0.0 mm, stop
