How to Upload a Drexel ID Photo Online
1) After activating your Drexel University E-Mail, go to the “Online Photo Submission” page at the
following link: http://drexel.edu/dbs/dragonCard/obtaining/PhotoSubmit/
2) Click on the “Dragon Card Manager” Link.
3) Log in to the Dragon Card Manager using your Drexel username and password.
4) Click on the “Submit ID Photo” link.
5) Click on the “Browse” button.
6) Click on the photo from your computer that you want to submit (1).
Then click “Open” (2).
*PLEASE NOTE: This picture must meet the requirements specified at the following link, or your
photo will not be accepted: http://drexel.edu/dbs/dragonCard/obtaining/PhotoSubmit/

7) The name of your photo file will appear next to “Image File”. Once it appears, click on the “Upload”
button.
8) Then, click on the “Submit” button.
9) Your photo has been successfully submitted! Do not forget to log out.
Your photo will be accepted/rejected within 24-48 hours.
To check the status of your photo, please follow these steps:
1) Click on the “Dragon Card Manager” Link.
2) Log in to the Dragon Card Manager using your Drexel username and password.
3) Click on the “Submit ID Photo” link.
4) Then click on, “View Your Pictures”.
5) The status of your picture(s) will appear below the image. If your photo has been rejected (like the
example below),please repeat the ID Photo Submission Process paying close attention to the photo
guidelines at this link: http://drexel.edu/dbs/dragonCard/obtaining/PhotoSubmit/
