Advanced Placement Credit Equivalencies
(Updated Spring 2016)
Advanced Placement (AP) Program credit is offered under the auspices of the College Entrance Examination Board
to high-school students who have completed an official advanced-placement course. Arrangements for testing are
made through the high school in which the student is enrolled.
Students, including transfer students, interested in receiving Advanced Placement credit from Cleveland State should
have their official score report sent directly from the College Board to the Office of the University Registrar.
Cleveland State grants credit for each examination score of 3, 4, or 5 according to the table below.
