The Foreign Secretary g a v e i n f o r m a t i o n i n r e g a r d to t h e a t t a c k s m a d e on B r i t i s h e s t a b l i s h m e n t s a t T a n g i e r , following a bomb explosion. P u b l i c i t y i n r e g a r d to these events w a s t o be d e p r e c a t e d , a n d a n y a c t i o n w h i c h m i g h t e x a c e r b a t e t h e p o s i t i o n should be avoided.
