The Government hold by the p r i n c i p l e s of the B i l l , which forms an i n t e g r a l p a r t of the measures designed to improve the condition of the coal i n d u s t r y ; they have, decided that i t must "be postponed u n t i l the Autumn. When the house reassembles a f t e r Whitsuntide only be about 8 Parliamentary weeks b e f o r e of August.
