Graduate Reading Program: Reading Specialist The Western Illinois University Reading Specialist Program is offered at three locations: main campus in Macomb, Quad Cities campus, and in Springfield, Illinois. All courses on each campus are taught by full-time faculty with Ph.D. or Ed.D. degrees.
