Applicant must agree to be enrolled in 15 hours for both Fall and Spring semesters the following academic year.
Applicant must be a declared Glass major or minor. Please indicate below:

Students must have an overall, minimum, 2.5 GPA with a preference given to students with a 3.0 or higher
Scholarship applicants must submit the following four items:
1. Completed Application Form
2. Portfolio of applicant’s work. Save your images as either a PDF portfolio or PowerPoint presentation ( put the work on a
Flash Drive, No Cds ). Images must be clearly marked as to the title, medium, and year completed.
3. A copy of your unofficial transcript
4. An essay, of at least 150 words, about the nature and extent of your financial need and the type of work you’d like to
pursue (printed). Do Not expect the committee to print your essays.

being voided and not considered for an award ***
