This newsletter is focused on evaluating progress toward goal completion. The example of eating healthy will continue to be used and we will focus on one of the smaller goals from last week: I will eat at least two servings of fruit every day for the next month. There are different ways to track progress towards goal achieving. One way is to have a paper calendar and write what fruits consumed that day. This would look like: Another option that is similar would be to track fruits consumed on your phone calendar. The calendar that you track on should be something you look at regularly. Another tip, would be setting reminders on your phone to have fruit for snack time. 1 WALK ACROSS ARIZONA NEWSLETTER WEEK 5 Having the fruits consumed written on a visible or calendar that you look at often can help you visualize your progress. Since the time frame for the goal above is on month you could look at your calendar and see what days you have consumed fruit and how many servings. It can also keep you accountable. However, you choose to keep track of your progress should be what works best for you. Remember, having a visual representation is good to help better visualize Carrots how successful you are at achieving your goal. Upcoming Newsletters!
