This represents the second report on commercial properties by the Center
for Real Estate Studies entitled “Industrial Properties: Baldwin and Mobile”.
It includes interesting statistics for the Fall 2007.
Readers should remember that the data covers advertised “for lease” and
“for sale” data only. Final sale information is excluded.
Special thanks goes to the Commercial Property Directory, Birmingham, for
