This represents the second report on commercial properties by the Center
for Real Estate Studies. Entitled “Industrial Properties: Baldwin and
Mobile,” it includes interesting statistics for the Spring and Summer, 2006.
Readers should remember that the data covers advertised “for lease” and
“for sale” data only. Final sale information is excluded.
