Responsibilities include submitting grant proposals, managing project budgets, hiring and supervision of personnel, design and execution of field studies, coordination with research cooperators, data analysis, and knowledge transfer. 2004-2006 Teaching Assistant, School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, Yale University ● Taught classes, graded assignments, scheduled field trips, and held office hours for classes in fire ecology, forest finance, and forest health. 2002-2003 Forestry Technician, Pacific Wildland Fire Sciences Laboratory, Seattle, WA ● Participated in fire research designed to provide data for prescribed fire modeling programs and fuels management projects. 2000-2002 Environmental Technician, ATC Associates Inc., Richmond, VT ● Conducted on-site inspections to identify environmental hazards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
