Original Improvement: Establish a site for students seeking student assistant jobs.
Research: The Enrollment Services office was contacted to inquire about a possible site for departments
to post student assistant positions, and suggesting contacting Career Services.
The Director of Career Services indicated they were in the process of developing the “Jaguar Job Link”
where employers, to include USA departments, could post a position by creating an employer profile.
Students would then create a student profile, and upload a resume.
Final Outcome: The Career Services “Jaguar Job Link” is now available for USA departments, and other
employers, to post on-campus non-work study positions or part-time non-degreed positions. You can
find the Jaguar Job Link on the Career Services website at:

Career Services vets all requests to post jobs on this site. Career Services is actively trying to get the
word out around campus about this opportunity for USA students.
