Garnering comparisons to Abbot and Costello, maniacal goofball Reid and straight edge Warren, are a matched pair of performers with a deep bag of tricks whose juggling and slapstick antics explode off the stage. Their work has earned them multiple awards, including the 2009, and more recently the 2011 IJA Silver Medal in the Team competitions. Opera-On-Wheels Friday, February 12, 2016 — College of Fine Arts and Communication Recital Hall Western Illinois University OPERA-ON-WHEELS was established to provide local schools and communities with the opportunity to experience opera. Touring versions of one-act operas travel to schools within a 100-mile radius of WIU, performed by graduate and undergraduate WIU School of Music students. School performances are aimed at students K-12. Repertoire is chosen for its music integrity, educational, and entertainment value. OPERAON-WHEELS mission is to bring to our school quality classical music which is both accessible and financially feasible.
