The University Library is presently taking a fresh look at how best to offer materials and services to its patrons
of all types with its New Service Models program. The Literatures and Languages Planning Team, made up of
academic and library faculty, is considering these questions in relation to those studying or teaching literatures,
languages, linguistics, cinema studies and related disciplines. We are keen to have input into our discussions
from as many people as possible, and your responses will help us meet your current and future information
needs.
This survey can be completed in approximately 10 minutes, but may take longer depending on your responses
to the open-ended questions. Your participation in this survey is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance
for your input.
Any comments or questions may be addressed to the leader of the Literatures and Languages Planning Team,
John Wagstaff <wagstaff@illinois.edu>.
