The registration fee is $25. By registering for classes you acknowledge your obligation to pay the tuition and fees associated with the course or courses, and further acknowledge that you understand our withdrawal policy. Not attending classes, nonpayment of tuition, stopping payment on a check or a check being returned by the bank, does not constitute withdrawal, and full charges are due. All requests for withdrawal from a course must be submitted in writing to the Woods College of Advancing Studies in St. Mary’s Hall South. No course withdrawal or refund of tuition will be processed without this written notification from the student. _____________________________________________ STUDENT SIGNATURE MEDICAL INSURANCE: Massachusetts State Law mandates that ALL STUDENTS IN A DEGREE PROGRAM will be charged for medical insurance regardless of the number of credit hours for which they are registered. Non-Degree students registered for three or more courses will also be automatically charged for medical insurance. Students have the option of participating in the Boston College plan or completing a waiver through AGORA. The waiver must include specific insurance information of comparable coverage. Students who do not submit a waiver will be automatically billed $1190 for the Fall semester and $1585 for the Spring semester for the Massachusetts Medical Insurance. Insurance waivers must be submitted each year; forms are found at www.bc.edu/studentservices IMMUNIZATION: All students taking three or more courses a semester must have proof of immunization against hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, and tetanus on file at Boston College. Immunization forms are available at www.bc.edu/studentservices. PARKING: All students parking on Boston College campuses are required to have parking permits at all hours. A one-year permit allowing parking from 3:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. costs $147. Permit is valid Monday through Friday and on weekends except for football game days. All students must use Agora to obtain a permit, and must secure the decal on their vehicle. Special supplementary parking permits will be issued by the Woods College of Advancing Studies for those registered for Saturday classes meeting on game days.
