Compared to the first quarter of 2015, total unit sales did not see a change in the first quarter of 2016. Of the 1,143 sales, 71.13% were single family homes and 28.87% were condo/multifamily homes. Most residential properties sold in the $100,000$199,999 price range, with most of them being single family properties.
