Baldwin County Sales Data
Total unit sales for the first quarter of 2016 in Baldwin County were 1,143. Compared to the first quarter
of 2015, total unit sales did not see a change in the first quarter of 2016. Of the 1,143 sales, 71.13% were single
family homes and 28.87% were condo/multifamily homes. Most residential properties sold in the $100,000$199,999 price range, with most of them being single family properties.

Average sales price in Baldwin County decreased to $249,201 in the first quarter of 2016, a 1.35% change from
the first quarter of 2015. Median sales price increased to $207,350 in the first quarter of 2016, a 1.15% increase
compared to the first quarter of 2015.
