TAI End of Two Year Project Assessment Phone Interview Questions This interview is to discuss if you applied any of the content from the Institute over the course of these past few months (or have future plans to do so), your overall thoughts on the two year project, and what you would like to see occur in the future in terms of trainings and gatherings. Skills Learned Have you applied and/or do you have plans to apply any of the content you learned, skills you gained during the Institute to your work? If so, please give example(s) Was the content in the binder helpful? Have you referred to it? Did you share your TAI experiences with any of your colleagues? If so, did they seem interested in learning more about archives / records management? Networking Have you been in contact with any other institute attendees outside of your repository or any of the TAI facilitators? Would you have contacted them anyway or did you contact them because of the connection made at TAI? Do you find the Oregon Tribal Archives Network Listserv and/or Facebook page useful? Why or why not? Is there anything we can do to help facilitate networking opportunities? The evaluations showed that most attendees were interested in learning more about Northwest Archivists and the organization’s newly formed Native American Collections Roundtable. Would you like to have the membership coordinator contact you to learn more about membership? Future Plans During the last day of TAI, we discussed the possibility of organizing short trainings of maybe 1, 2, or 3 days with longer, more in depth sessions. Are you interested? Do short, more frequent trainings, sound feasible for you? What time of year would be best? How many trainings do you think you would be able to attend per year? What types of trainings would you like to attend in terms of content covered? Would you rather have in person / Skype / webinar trainings?
