Director, Information Resources Management. This Director is responsible for determining information resources requirements to support telecommunications of an alternative workplace. Participants’ full startup telecommunications costs may be $2,000 to $15,000, plus month-to-month expenses. Staff Directors and Forest Supervisors should correspond (file code 6640) with the Director of IRM to determine IRM related costs. IRM staff provides related support services for alternative workplaces. Implementation of equipment and services at an alternative workplace may take 120 days.
