Student Government The mission of the Queensborough Community College Student Association (QSA) is to further the well-being of the student body, to provide students with experience and training in a democratic form of government, to continuously expand and coordinate a program of student activities, to stimulate student interest and support in the development, assessment and execution of educational, social, cultural and recreational programs, to develop communication amongst students, administration and faculty in order to further the goals of this educational facility. Furniture was not in good condition and Fall 2010 needed to be replaced Student Officers are elected each year for the proceeding year. After elections, at times there are vacancies. The SGA Constitution has a process to be followed when these vacancies occur. Resignations can be due to various Fall 2010 personal issues, such as academic troubles, issues with time management and at times transfer or graduation.
