The role of the faculty-student disciplinary committee is to listen to the testimony, ask questions of
the witnesses, review the testimony and evidence presented at the hearing and the papers filed by
the parties and render a determination in disciplinary cases against students.

CANDIDATES FOR NYPIRG BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The New York Public Interest Group (NYPIRG) Board of Directors are elected positions selected to
represent Queensborough Community College students’ interests. The elected students will
represent Queensborough Community College on the Board, which adopts NYPIRG’s statewide
budget and selects NYPIRG’s statewide agenda, including the issues NYPIRG works on. NYPIRG
is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit group established to effect policy reforms while training students to be
advocates.
