• Quiz 3 will be held in class on Friday, February 12.

• Quiz 3 covers the material of weeks 4,5 — §1.6, §1.7, §1.8, §2.1 and
§2.2 of the course notes. See the “Syllabus” section of the course

• You must write the quiz in your own section (the one you are
officially registered in), unless you have explicit prior permission
from your instructor.
• You must bring your student ID to each quiz and be prepared to
show it to the invigilators.
• Quizzes are completely closed book — no notes, calculators,
phones etc.
• There are no makeup quizzes. See the “Missed assessment” section
of the course web page, which is
