Extended Version POS Multi-Site Responsibilities • Three reviews are required to be completed each fiscal year. • At least two of these visits are required to be unannounced, while one of these visits needs to be during a meal service. • New sites will need reviewed within the first four weeks of program operation. Multi-Site Responsibilities Cont. • No more than six months can elapse between visits. • No more than nine months can elapse between a site that has had two previous visits. • Multi-site sponsors need to use form developed by OCN.
