It was moved and seconded that WACTC approve the ctcLink maintenance
contract costs distribution methodology as presented:

•
Beginning in fiscal year 2016, each district will be billed their share of the
projected $6.3 million for ctcLink maintenance contract costs based on their
share of total student and staff headcount (from the previous academic
year).
Colleges are not restricted in which funding sources they use to pay their
share.
The contract cost is ongoing.
The method for distributing share will be updated each cycle to reflect the
previous academic year’s headcount.
In fiscal year 2018, the rate of contribution into the Innovation Account
should be reduced from 3 percent to 1 percent.
MOTION PASSED.

resulting from the new model and provide a year to plan for implementation.
