PS5014 – Applicant/Recruitment Cross Reference Screen Description Use the Applicant/Recruitment Cross Reference Screen to update the applicant status for some or all applicants of a specific recruitment. See below for an example of the Applicant/Recruitment Cross Reference Screen: User Functions and Key Fields Func Key1 Key2 Key3 C (Change); I (Inquire) Type a Recruitment Code. Type a sort indicator (optional) Leave blank Changing Applicant Status 1. Display the records for the recruitment code you want to update. • In the Func field, type C (change). • In the Key1 field, type the code for the particular recruitment you want. • Press the Enter key. 1 Optionally, you can also enter a sort indicator in the Key2 field: 1 2 3 Sorts the records by applicant name (default). Sorts the records by final score and applicant name. Sorts the records by applicant type, final score, and applicant name. 2. When the records associated with the recruitment are displayed, use the open App Stat field to update those records that need to be changed to indicate the applicant's latest status. 3. To move through the list of records one screen at a time, use the Prev (F5) and Next (F6) keys. 4. When you are done updating records, press the Enter key.
