Required table. Codes defined by colleges.
Use the Program Index/Organization Index Table to identify valid combinations of program indexes and
organization indexes and their corresponding titles. Also use this table to identify the
program/organization group code used for sorting budget status reports.

Program Index (PO-PRG-INDX)
Description
Key field. A code assigned by colleges representing a program (for example,
General Administration or Student Services), subprogram (further defnition of
activities within a program), and activity (yet further definition within the program
and sub-program structure).

Organization Index (PO-ORG-INDX)
Description
Key field. A code assigned by colleges representing campus, division and
department assignments.

Description
A title defined by colleges describing a program and organization index.

Program/Organization Sort Group Code (PRGORG-GRP-CD)
Description
A code assigned by colleges which identifies how a budget status reports will be
sorted.

Description
Identifies the program/organization index combination as grant or contract,
capital project, or operating for budget status reporting.

Description
