GA1010 – Object Table
Required table. Codes defined by SBCTC-ITD.
Use the Object Table to identify object of expenditure codes and corresponding titles, as well as the
budget levels, reporting levels and expenditure/revenue sort codes.
For a complete list of object of expenditure codes, run the DataExpress procedure GA1010R (from
Group Inform, Account PLIB).

Key field. A code identifying an object of expenditure, such as goods and
services or depreciation and amortization.

Description
A title defined by a college describing an object.

Object Budget Level Indicator (OBJ-BDGT-LVL)
Description
Entry required. The level to which an object will be budgeted. Cannot be
changed after the fiscal year begins.

Description
A college-assigned code which categorizes and subtotals expenditure and
revenue entries on budget status reports.

Object Status (EDIT-STAT)
Description
Entry required. A code indicating the status of an object of expenditure.

Description
Indicates whether or not a particular code, such as object, is to be extracted to
the reality purchasing system.

No. Code is not valid for extract, do not select record.
Revision Date (RVSN-DATE)
Description
Display only. A date assigned by the system indicating when the current record
was changed or added.
