BA1006 – Budget Development Configuration Table
This is a required table with user-defined codes.
The Budget Development Configuration Table assigns columnar headings and field titles to the 10
budget development columns. These headings and titles are displayed in the budget development
screens and reports. This table also identifies whether the column can be modified and whether detail
budgetary data (monthly distribution amounts, salary and wage, comments) can be attached to a
column.
Screen BA1006 updates the Budget Development Configuration Table.
User Function Keys
F1
REFRESH Redisplays the screen and record. Any changes or additions you made since you
last pressed Enter will disappear.
F3
CHANGE
Changes an existing column configuration.
Update Instructions
To update the table, follow the steps below:
1. Press F3 (Change).
2. In the highlighted fields, type the data.
3. Press Enter.

Definition
Display only. Identifies the 10 available budget development columns you can
customize.
Budget Column Heading (Columnar Heading)
Definition
Two user-defined fields identifying the title to be displayed for columnar headings in
the Budget Development Abbreviated Screen (BA1010) and the Budget Development
Report (BA1113).

Budget Column Field Title
Definition
A user-defined field identifying the title to be displayed in the Budget Development
Screen (BA1010) and the Budget Development Report Definition Table (BA1009).

Budget Column Update Indicator (Update IND)
Definition
A field indicating whether a budget development column can be modified. The value
specified here overrides any access assigned to a specific user through the
Application Security System or the Budget Development User Configuration Table
(BA1008).

Budget Column Detail Indicator (DETL)
Definition
A field indicating whether detail budgetary data (for example, monthly distribution
amounts, comments, and/or salary and wage information) are allowed for the budget
development column.

No, do not allow detail information to be attached to the column
