SIGIR reports an appropriation of $18.44 billion in IRRF 2 funds. Typically, this amount is reflected in the weekly status report provided by the Department
of State.
2
The appropriated amount is calculated by taking the sum of apportioned funds for ISFF FY05, FY06, and FY07 as reported in the DoD Secretary of the Army
Update.
3
The appropriated amount references the total amount of $1.485 billion for ESF FY06 Supplemental funding as reported in the weekly status report
provided by ITAO.
4
Allocation detail for CERP FY06 and FY07 is currently unavailable; therefore, dollars allocated are calculated using obligation totals.
5
Commitment means an underlying contract for the use of grant and loan funds, as defined in Baron’s Dictionary of Banking Terms.
6
Disbursements are actual payments from loan or grant proceeds effected against the committed amounts of the loans, grants, or funds, as defined in
Baron’s Dictionary of Banking Terms.
