PRIVATE ATTORNEY – CLIENT SESSION (Addendum)
The Board will recess the public meeting and hold a private attorney-client session authorized by Section
286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss pending litigation and to seek advice from the Board. The estimated
length of the session is 20 minutes. Those attending the session will be Members of the School Board of St.
Lucie County, Mr. Michael J. Lannon, Superintendent, and Mr. Daniel B. Harrell, School Board Attorney.
