FINANCIAL AID
The SBCTC updates the financial aid database quarterly, replacing all records with the latest quarter’s
data. The colleges run an MIS job at the close of each quarter to create these files for the SBCTC.
AWARD DETAIL Table: For each student, the amount of financial aid awarded to that student by code
by award session year, with the award status and amount. The SBCTC does most of its data analysis
from this table.
