Those desiring evaluation of graduate semester hours should submit transcripts and form PER 0083 to the personnel department
prior to October 15 or February 15 (3 term or quarter hours equal 2 semester hours). Such graduate credit should have been
earned after the conferral of the degree.
At the Board's discretion the following annual supplement may be given:
o Certification as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst @ $2,000, or degree verification of an undergraduate
degree in the field of speech–language pathology/communicative disorders, granted by a regionally accredited
institution of higher education, @ $2,000
o Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst @ $5,000 or master’s, doctoral or other recognized post–
baccalaureate degree in the field of speech language pathology/communicative disorders, granted by a regionally
accredited institution of higher education, @ $4,000 ; and/or
o verification of a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) in Speech–Language Pathology and maintenance of
these CCCs in accordance with the current guidelines set forth by the American Speech–Language–Hearing
Association @ $4,000 (SPSLL)
o Vision certification @ $4,000
o Orientation and mobility endorsement @ $2,000
The following advanced degree supplements will be paid:
o Masters @ $3,000, Ed Specialist or Double Masters @ $5,200, Doctorate @ $6,200, and School Psychologists @
$6,000
For employees hired prior to July 1, 2011, the following degree supplements will be paid:
o BA + 15 hours @ $630, Masters + 15 semester hours @ $1,015; Masters + 30 semester hours @ $2,020
For extended contracts, the annual salary will be calculated by multiplying the daily rate for 196-day contract (on the
equivalent salary schedule slot) times the actual contract length.
