Academia, & Self-awareness
Agreement that the ACA Code of
Ethics, Retention Review Policy, and Agreement Contract have been read and signed
Grade of a “B” or higher in the following classes: Intro to
Professional Counseling,
Counseling Skills, and Counseling
Theory
Proof of Liability Insurance
