Pecan industry is well-positioned to continue
to add production and marketing capacity.
Growing Chinese market demand and
favorable U.S. food programs have combined
to provide the pecan industry with access to
expanding new markets.

Important in the face of the continuing decrease in
per capita U.S. consumption.
