Watermelon & Spicy Mayan Dark Chocolate Fondue Makes 4 servings. Nutritional Analysis per serving: 341 Calories; 45 percent fat (17 grams); 12 grams saturated fat; 5 percent protein; 50 percent carbohydrate; 2.4 grams fiber Ingredients: 1. 4 cups watermelon cut into 1" cubes 2. 1 /2 cup fat-free half & half + extra reserve 3. 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 4. 1 /2 teaspoon chili powder 5. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne 6. 1 /2 teaspoon coriander 7. 8 ounces dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa powder) Instructions: 1. Wrap watermelon cubes in paper towels to soak up excess fluid. Set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan, bring half & half and spices to almost a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate.
