Extended Deadline Nomination Form Outstanding Faculty Awards 2015-2016 College of Education University of Northern Iowa For the nominator: Nominators should ideally inform the faculty member of their nomination by Tuesday, Feb. 2nd, which is two weeks before the deadline for the faculty member to submit materials, to ensure that the nominee has sufficient time to prepare his or her materials. You may nominate a faculty member after Feb 2nd, but do make sure there is enough time for that faculty member to prepare their materials by the extended due date of February 26 th deadline The nominator should complete this nomination form, and give it to the faculty member who is being nominated so it can be turned in with the other required materials listed below on the extended due date of Friday, February 26th to BCS (Business and Community Service) Room 113 by 12:00 p.m. How do I know if someone has already won the award I’m thinking of nominating him or her for?
