Assisted with development of concept for casual theme restaurant, Max & Erma's.
Appointed to President in 1977. (Company went public in 1983). Sales approx. $10,000,000.
Assumed CEO status and elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1986.
Lead growth of concept into a regional chain.
2006 system-wide sales approximately $225,000,000 with 77 company-owned restaurants
and 20 franchise stores.
