Instructions for Applicants: This application is to be completed by those individuals seeking
admission to the Master of Arts Program in Physical Education. Read each item carefully and
enter your response in the space provided. Submit this form and 1) a cover letter describing
your professional goals, both short and long term, your motivation for applying to the Physical
Education Master of Arts Program, and your area of research interest or expertise; 2) a
professional resume including information on educational background, work experiences, and
related honors and activities; and 3) two letters of recommendation. Letters of
recommendation should be addressed to the Graduate Coordinator of the program, but mailed
to the UNI Office of Admissions (see address below).
