CHECKLIST for FALL 2016 APPLICANTS

You may apply through the CSDCAS system or apply directly to UNI.

To apply through CSDCAS, please go to portal.csdcas.org

CSDCAS deadline is January 1, 2016 . (This allows for their processing time.)

To apply directly to UNI, please follow instructions below.

Your complete application file must be received by our department by JANUARY 20th to be considered for fall entrance. To expedite your application process, please submit the following materials to:

Official transcripts, from all institution(s) attended, mailed by the institution(s).

If you are graduating from UNI with your BA degree, you do NOT need to request these be sent. They will automatically be available to the Department.

Official GRE scores [Institution Code 6307]
