thatPerson2hasshiny,newshoes.Thinkingthatitwouldbefunnyand
agood-naturedprank,Person1decidestosteponPerson2’sshoesto
scuffthemalittle.Ashedoes,sothetrainslowssuddenly,andinstead
ofjustscuffingtheshoeswithlightcontact,Person1endsupstomping
Person2’sshoewithalotofforce.Person2suffersinjurytohistoes,
butthereisnoactualdamagetotheshoe.Forwhatintentionaltort,if
