To participate you must: • Be a high school graduate • Meet the average freshman profile – ACT composite score 18-23 – High School GPA 2.63-3.34 • Be enrolled full-time between WIU and a partnering community college • Meet academic program requirements The Cohort Program is an opportunity to earn a bachelor’s degree in select majors with other first year students beginning at the same time. Cohort students complete all classes at WIU-QC. Requirements include: • ACT score of 22 or higher • High school GPA of 3.0 or higher • Maintain a 3.0 GPA at WIU to be part of the Honors Program If an applicant has not earned 24 hours of transferable credit, that student will need to meet freshman admissions standards.
