MISSION:
The Religion Major is designed to equip students to pursue a variety of critical scholarly inquiries into the nature of religion and the
relation of religious phenomena to other phenomena within a broader cultural setting. The Major will provide students with an
introduction to the history, scriptures, rituals, doctrines, and ethics of ancient, Western and Eastern religions.
