hierna te noemen: de opleiding. De opleiding wordt verzorgd door de
Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM) van Tilburg
University hierna te noemen: de faculteit.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
These regulations apply to the education and the examinations for the
Master's degree programs in:

henceforth referred to as: the program. The program is provided by the
Tilburg School of Economics and Management of Tilburg University,
henceforth referred to as: the School.

Begripsomschrijvingen
Definition of terms
1. De in deze regeling voorkomende begrippen hebben, indien die
begrippen ook voorkomen in de Wet op het hoger onderwijs en
wetenschappelijk onderzoek (WHW) de betekenis die de wet eraan
geeft.
2. In deze regeling wordt verstaan onder:
a. de wet: de Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk
onderzoek (WHW);
b. student: degene die is ingeschreven aan de universiteit voor het
volgen van onderwijs en/of het afleggen van de toetsen en het
examen van een of meerdere opleidingen;
c. vak: een onderwijseenheid van een opleiding in de zin van de wet
artikel 7.3 tweede lid van de wet;
d. dual degree: een opleiding van Tilburg University en een
partneruniversiteit gezamenlijk, waarmee geselecteerde studenten
na een succesvolle afronding van het programma een diploma van
beide instellingen kunnen behalen.
e. examen: de verzameling met goed gevolg afgelegde toetsen van de
tot een opleiding behorende vakken, eventueel aangevuld met een
onderzoek van door de Examencommissie aangewezen
examinatoren naar kennis, inzicht en vaardigheden van de
student;
f. examencommissie: een door het instellingsbestuur aangestelde
commissie in de zin van artikel 7.12 van de wet;
g. examinandus: degene die zich onderwerpt aan een toets,
tentamen of examen;
h. examinator: personeelslid dan wel een externe expert die binnen
een vak toetsen en/of tentamens afneemt en als zodanig is
aangewezen door de Examencommissie;
1. Where the terms that appear in these regulations also appear in the
Dutch Higher Education and Research Act (WHW), they will have the
meaning given to them in that Act.
2. The following definitions will apply in these regulations:
a. the Act: the Dutch Higher Education and Research Act (WHW).
b. student: a person who has registered at the university with a view
to receiving instruction and/or taking the tests and being examined
for one or more programs;
c. course: a unit of study within a program in the meaning of Section
7.3, subsection 2 of the Act;
d. dual degree: a program provided jointly by Tilburg University and a
partner university, which allows selected students to receive a
diploma from both institutions after successfully completing the
program;
e. examination: the totality of preliminary examinations passed within
a degree program, if necessary supplemented by an investigation of
the student's knowledge, understanding and skills, conducted by
examiners appointed by the Examination Committee;
f. Examination Committee: a committee appointed by the
Management Board within the meaning of Section 7.12 of the Act;
g. examination candidate: a person who undergoes a test, preliminary
examination or final examination;
h. examiner: a member of staff or an external expert who conducts
tests and/or preliminary examinations within a course and has been
appointed in this capacity by the Examination Committee;
i. test: investigation of the student's knowledge, understanding and
skills in relation to (parts of) a subject, and the assessment of the
results of this investigation

(deel-)toets: onderzoek naar kennis, inzicht en vaardigheden van
de student op het gebied van (gedeelten van) een vak, alsmede de
beoordeling van de resultaten van dit onderzoek;
tentamen: schriftelijke of mondelinge toets ter afsluiting van een
vak.
herkansing: tweede mogelijkheid binnen het academisch jaar om
een vak met goed gevolg af te ronden.
surveillant: een examinator dan wel een onder
verantwoordelijkheid van de Examencommissie aangestelde
persoon aanwezig tijdens toetsen/tentamens met het doel
toezicht te houden op ordentelijk en correct verloop van een toets
of tentamen.
onderwijsperiode: de periode waarin het onderwijs binnen een
opleiding wordt aangeboden in het semester- c.q. bloksysteem.
opleiding: de masteropleidingen die verzorgd worden door de
faculteit zoals vermeld in art. 1.1.
blok: onderwijsperiode binnen het academisch jaar.
semester: onderwijsperiode binnen het academisch jaar.

preliminary examination: a written or oral test as completion of a
course;
resit: a second opportunity to pass a course within the academic
year;
invigilator: an examiner or other person appointed on behalf of the
Examination Committee who is present during tests/preliminary
examinations in order to ensure that they are conducted in a fair
and proper manner;
instruction period: the period within a program during which
instruction is provided in a study unit-based or semester-based
system;
program: the Master's degree programs that are provided by the
School;
study unit: a period of instruction within the academic year;
semester: instruction period within the academic year.

Vooropleiding voor de masteropleidingen

CHAPTER 2
1. Onder voorbehoud van het bepaalde in artikel 2.2 en artikel 2.5 verleent
de Examencommissie een student toegang tot een masteropleiding per
academisch jaar 2014-2015 met één van de volgende vooropleidingen:
a. Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding, inclusief specifiek vereiste vakken
aan de Tilburg School of Economics and Management van Tilburg
University, die correspondeert met de masteropleiding zoals
weergegeven in bijlage 3.
b. In aanvulling op een bachelordiploma, en in acht nemende het gestelde
in het zesde lid van dit artikel, een aan de Tilburg School of Economics
and Management van Tilburg University afgerond
Premasterprogramma dat correspondeert met en toelating geeft tot de
betreffende masteropleiding, zoals weergegeven in bijlage 3.
c. Een succesvol afgeronde opleiding die volgens de Examencommissie
gelijkwaardig is aan de vooropleiding zoals bedoeld in onderdeel a.
2. Vanaf 1 september 2013 is toelating tot een masterprogramma alléén
mogelijk met een voltooide vooropleiding zoals bedoeld onder lid 1, a
en b.
3. Toelating met maximaal 12 ECTS open in de bedoelde
vooropleidingen is per die datum alleen mogelijk wanneer er sprake
is van één van de volgende bijzondere omstandigheden:
I.
ziekte;
II.
een lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of andere functiebeperking;
III.
zwangerschap;
IV.
bijzondere familieomstandigheden;
V.
lidmaatschap of voorzitterschap van de Universiteitsraad, de
PREVIOUS EDUCATION AND ADMISSION
1. Subject to the stipulations in Article 2.2 and Article 2.5, Examination
Committee will admit students with one of the following previous
education profiles to a Master's degree program with effect from
academic year 2014/2015:
a. a completed Bachelor's degree program (including specifically required
courses pursued at the Tilburg School of Economics and Management
of Tilburg University) which corresponds to the Master's degree
program as set out in Appendix 3.
b. in addition to a Bachelor's degree, and considering paragraph 6 of this
article, a premaster's program completed at the Tilburg School of
Economics and Management of Tilburg University which corresponds
to the relevant Master's degree program and entitles the candidate to
admission to that program, as set out in Appendix 3.
c. successful completion of a program that the Examination Committee
deems equivalent to the previous education profile referred to in (a).
2. As of September 2013 admission to a masterprogram is only granted
with a completed previous education profile as referred to under
section 1, a, b and c.
3. As of the same date admission to a masterprogram will be granted
without having completed the previous education as mentioned under 1,
a and b, with a maximum of 12 ECTS open In the event of the following
personal circumstances:
I.
illness;
II.
a physical, sensory, or other functional disorder;
III.
pregnancy;

Faculteitsraad, de opleidingscommissie of een andere
bestuursfunctie met een beurs van minimaal 4 maanden;
VI.
een topsportstatus erkend door het College van
Bestuur.(alleen op voordracht van de studentendecaan)
De in lid 5 I t/m VI genoemde bijzondere omstandigheden worden
uitsluitend in aanmerking genomen wanneer zij van invloed zijn geweest
op het niet behalen van het vereiste aantal studiepunten. Bovendien
moeten deze omstandigheden binnen twee maanden na het ontstaan
ervan door de student zelf of namens hem aan de studentendecaan en/of
de opleidingscoördinator/studieadviseur zijn gemeld. Het bestaan van
bijzondere omstandigheden dient door de student of namens hem
(schriftelijk) te worden aangetoond.
Studenten met een vooropleiding zoals bedoeld in artikel 2.1 eerste lid,
onderdeel C., die niet is gevolgd aan een instelling voor hoger onderwijs in
Nederland kunnen verzocht worden om hun resultaten op de Graduate
Management Admission Test (voor bedrijfswetenschappelijke
opleidingen) dan wel de Princeton Graduate Record Exam (voor
economische masteropleidingen) te overleggen.
Een verzoek om toelating tot een masteropleiding anders dan de
hierboven genoemde wordt afgewezen. De Examencommissie kan in
individuele gevallen besluiten om de verzoeker toe te laten tot een
voorbereidend programma dat na afronding toelating tot de
masteropleiding verschaft conform artikel 2.1 eerste lid, onderdeel b.
Het Premasterprogramma van het academisch jaar 2013-2014 garandeert
toelating tot één, specifiek genoemde masteropleiding in February 2014
ofwel in September 2014. Instroom in de masteropleiding in de hierop
volgende collegejaren kan onderhevig zijn aan aanvullende eisen.
Niet tegenstaande het gestelde in lid 1, onderdeel b, dient de student
met een afgerond premasterprogramma tevens een bewijs als gesteld
in artikel 2.2 te overleggen alvorens hij tot de masteropleiding kan
worden toegelaten.
Het gestelde in lid 2.2 geldt niet voor de (pre-)master Fiscale
Economie.
Het geïntegreerd Premasterprogramma van 2013-2014 garandeert in
principe toelating tot één, specifiek genoemde masteropleiding in 2014-

extraordinary family circumstances;
membership or chairmanship of the University Council,
the School Council, the Education Committee or another
position on a board supported by a university grant of at
least 4 months;
VI.
on the recommendation of the student dean: top-athlete
status, acknowledged by the Executive Board
The personal circumstances specified in paragraph 5 I till VI will only be
taken into consideration if they have been instrumental in preventing the
student from obtaining the requisite number of ECTS credits.
Furthermore, they must have been reported to the student counselor
and/or academic advisor within two months after the beginning of the
circumstances either by or on behalf of the student him/herself. A
(written) prove of the personal circumstances must be provided by the
student or somebody else on behalf of the student.
Students with a previous education as referred to in Article 2.1 paragraph
1(c) that has not been pursued at a higher education institution in the
Netherlands may be requested to submit their results in the Graduate
Management Admission Test (for Master’s degree programs in Business
Studies ) or the Princeton Graduate Record Exam (for Master's degree
programs in Economics).
Requests for admission to a Master's degree program other than as
specified above will be refused. In individual cases the Examination
Committee may decide to admit the applicant to a preparatory program,
upon completion of which he/she will be admitted to the Master's degree
program.
The Premaster's program for 2013-2014 guarantees admission to a single,
specifically designated Master's degree program in February 2014 or in
September 2014. Intake into the Master's degree program in subsequent
academic years may be subject to additional requirements.
Notwithstanding section 1, b, the premasters’ graduate needs to
hand in a proof of English proficiency as referred to in article 2.2
before admission to the masterprogram.
The requirement as referred to in paragraph 2.2 does not apply on
the (pre-)master Fiscale Economie.

Wijzigingen in het programma van de opleiding kunnen alleen opgelegd
worden indien van studenten redelijkerwijs kan worden verwacht dat ze
hun studieplanning aanpassen.
11. Niet tegenstaande het gestelde in lid 7 is toelating tot de
masteropleidingen Finance en International Business Taxation alleen
mogelijk in September 2014. Deze opleidingen kennen slechts één
startmoment per academisch jaar.
12. In aanvulling op het bovenstaande, is voor deelname aan een dual degree
opleiding selectie vereist op grond van de criteria die zijn vastgelegd in de
dual degree overeenkomst.

10. In principle, the integrated Premaster's program for the academic year
2013-2014 guarantees admission to a single, specifically designated
Master's degree program either in 2014-2015 or in 2015-2016 depending
on the duration of the program. Changes to the content of the program
may only be imposed if students can reasonably be expected to adapt
their study plans.
11. Not withstanding the stipulation in paragraph 7 admission to the master
programs Finance and International Business Taxation is only possible in
September 2014. These programs have only one entrymoment per
academic year.
12. In addition to the above, participation in a dual-degree program requires
selection according to the criteria laid down in the dual-degree
agreement.
Taalvereisten voor de masteropleidingen
Language requirements for the Master's degree programs
1. Voldoende kennis van de Nederlandse taal is vereist voor de
masterprogramma’s Fiscale Economie en Marketing Management
(Nederlandstalige programmavariant). Voor personen voor wie Nederlands
niet de moedertaal is, kan voldoende kennis van de Nederlandse taal
aangetoond worden middels het Staatsexamen Nederlands als tweede taal
(NT2) of het Certificaat Nederlands als Vreemde Taal, Profiel
Taalvaardigheid Hoger Onderwijs, als mede het profiel Academische
Taalvaardigheid. Voor Duitstaligen volstaat het met goed gevolg afgelegd
examen ter afsluiting van de UvT-cursus ‘Niederländisch; Intensivkurs für
Deutschsprachige’.
2. Voor alle masteropleidingen die niet genoemd worden in het eerste lid is
voldoende kennis van de Engelse taal vereist. Dit kan worden aangetoond
middels een afgeronde Engelstalige bacheloropleiding.
3. In afwijking van het bepaalde in het tweede lid kan voldoende kennis van
de Engelse taal voor de masteropleidingen ook worden aangetoond met

and premaster's programs in Fiscal Economics and Marketing Management
(Dutch track). Non-native speakers of Dutch can demonstrate an adequate
knowledge of the Dutch language by obtaining one of the following
language proficiency certificates: the State Examination in Dutch as a
Second Language (NT2), the Certificate in Dutch as a Foreign Language
(CNaVT), the PTHO (Profile for Language Proficiency in Higher Education) or
the PAT (Profile for Academic Language Proficiency). For German speakers
it is sufficient to have passed the final examination in Tilburg University’s
‘Niederländisch; Intensivkurs für Deutschsprachige’ course.
2. All Master's and premaster's programs not specified in paragraph 1 require
an adequate knowledge of English. This can be demonstrated by
completing a Bachelor's degree program in English.
3. Notwithstanding the stipulations in paragraph 2, an adequate knowledge of
the English language for the Master's and premaster's programs can also be

score A, B of C
d. Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
e. Cambridge Certificate of English: Business Higher (BCE).
4. Premasterstudenten, met uitzondering van degenen die een premaster
fiscale economie hebben gedaan, dienen hun Engelse taalvaardigheid te
bewijzen middels een van de testuitslagen genoemd in het Onderwijs- en
Examenreglement voor de Premaster programma’s 2013-2014, art. 2.2.7.
5. In geval van een succesvol afgelegd examen in een opleiding in het
Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs dan wel het Hoger Algemeen
Voortgezet Onderwijs wordt verondersteld dat de Engelse taal als
onderdeel in dit examen is opgenomen en geldt een vrijstelling van het
gestelde in het tweede en derde lid van dit artikel.

De opleidingen, met uitzondering van de masters Finance en International
Business Taxation, hebben twee instroommomenten per academisch jaar,

5. Applicants who have passed an examination in a pre-university
education (VWO) or Senior General Secondary Education (HAVO)
program will be presumed to have taken English as part of this
examination and are exempted from the requirements set out in
paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article.
The programs, with the exception of Finance and International Business

1. In bijlage 1 is aangegeven of de keuzeruimte in het programma moet
worden ingevuld met vakken uit bepaalde keuzeclusters of dat deze
keuzeruimte vrij is.
2. In geval er sprake is van vrije keuzeruimte, dient de student rekening te
houden met de volgende eisen:
a. De vakken dienen van masterniveau te zijn.
b. De vakken mogen inhoudelijk geen overlap vertonen met de overige
vakken van de masteropleiding of met vakken die onderdeel uitmaken
van de vooropleiding zoals bedoeld in artikel 2.1.
c. De vakken moeten voldoen aan eventuele aanvullende,
opleidingsspecifieke eisen.
d. De keuzeruimte kan niet worden ingevuld met vakken die reeds zijn
aangewend voor het verkrijgen van vrijstelling of vervanging van
verplichte vakken.
3. Het is niet mogelijk vakken uit een vastgesteld keuzecluster te vervangen
door vakken uit een ander keuzecluster.
4. Voor vakken die niet door de faculteit worden aangeboden dient de
Examencommissie goedkeuring te geven alvorens ze in de vrije
keuzeruimte kunnen worden opgenomen.
5. Niet tegenstaande het gestelde in lid 2 moet de keuze voor vakken in de
vrije keuzeruimte binnen de masteropleidingen Economics, Econometrics
and Mathematical Economics, Operations Research and Management
Science en Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science altijd vooraf ter
goedkeuring worden voorgelegd aan de Examencommissie.

1. Tot het afleggen van de tentamens van de vakken van de opleiding wordt in
het studiejaar waarin het vak wordt aangeboden in het algemeen
tweemaal de gelegenheid gegeven.
2. Niet tegenstaande het gestelde in het eerste lid, wordt in principe voor de
masterthesis slechts eenmaal per academisch jaar de gelegenheid gegeven
het vak af te ronden.
3. De eerste tentamens voor de vakken van het programma volgen
aansluitend op de onderwijsperiode. De herkansingen worden geroosterd
na de eerstvolgende onderwijsperiode. Deze bepaling geldt niet voor
vakken die door een andere faculteit of universiteit worden verzorgd.
4. De tentamenperiodes worden voor aanvang van het semester bekend
gemaakt via de elektronische studiegids

examinations for the program courses during the academic year in which
the course is offered.
2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, only one opportunity is offered to pass the
course Master’s thesis.

immediately after the instruction period. The resits are scheduled after the
next instruction period. This paragraph is not applicable to courses which
are provided by another faculty or university.

Vrijstelling van tentamen
Exemption from (preliminary) examination
1. De Examencommissie kan de student op diens verzoek, gehoord de
desbetreffende examinator, vrijstelling verlenen van de tentamens van een
vak van de opleiding, indien de student een vak aan een andere universiteit
heeft behaald dat alle leerdoelen van het desbetreffende vak dekt. De
vrijstelling dient te worden aangevraagd uiterlijk binnen 3 weken nadat de
colleges van het vak waarvoor vrijstelling wordt gevraagd, zijn begonnen.
Een verzoek tot vrijstelling na deze termijn wordt niet in behandeling
genomen.
2. Vrijstelling van een tentamen voor een vak in de master opleiding is niet
mogelijk op basis van een vak behaald in een bachelor of premaster
opleiding. Uitzonderingen op deze regel zijn voorbehouden aan de
Examencommissie.
3. In het algemeen is vrijstelling als bedoeld in het eerste lid niet mogelijk,
indien het vak op basis waarvan de vrijstelling wordt aangevraagd, behaald
is tijdens de inschrijving aan de opleiding aan Tilburg University.
4. Het gestelde in het tweede lid geldt niet voor vakken behaald voor een
andere opleiding aan Tilburg University.
1. At the student's request and acting on the advice of the examiner
concerned, the Examination Committee may exempt the student from
the (preliminary) examinations of a program course if he/she has
successfully completed a course at another university that covers all of
the educational objectives of the course concerned. The student should
request the exemption within 3 weeks after starting the course for which
an exemption is asked. A request after that moment will not be taken
into account.
2. Exemption from a (preliminary) examination of a course in the master
program based on a course completed in a bachelor or premaster
program is not possible. Exceptions to this rule must be decided upon by
the Examination Committee.

course for which the exemption is requested was completed while the
student was enrolled in the program at Tilburg University.

examencommissie in uitzonderlijke gevallen bepalen dat een verplicht vak
vervangen mag worden door een ander vak.
3. De student dient vooraf toestemming te vragen aan de examencommissie
om het vak te mogen vervangen.
4. In de studievoortgang en op de cijferlijst wordt het verplichte vak
vervangen door de vermelding van het toegestane vervangende vak,
inclusief cijfer.

1. Aan studenten met een handicap of chronische ziekte wordt de gelegenheid
geboden hun studieplanning, zoveel als redelijkerwijs mogelijk is, aan de
beperkingen die de functiestoornis met zich meebrengt aan te passen.
2. Om in aanmerking te komen voor speciale voorzieningen of extra tijd bij het
afleggen van tentamens dient de student contact op te nemen met het centrale
‘Digitaal Meldpunt Functiebeperking’

financiële vergoeding.
2. De faculteit zoekt binnen haar mogelijkheden naar extra faciliteiten in
studiebegeleiding bijvoorbeeld door het bieden van een extra of
alternatieve tentamens, vrijstelling van aanwezigheidsplicht, vervangende
opdrachten etc.
3. Studenten die een topsporterstatus hebben en die gebruik willen maken
van de bovengenoemde faciliteiten, dienen bij aanvang van het academisch
jaar een afspraak te maken met hun studieadviseur om een studieplan op
te stellen. Achteraf worden geen faciliteiten aangeboden.
1. Students who engage in top-class sport can apply for top-athlete status,
which entitles them to additional facilities (e.g. student support and
guidance and/or financial remuneration).
2. The School will do what it can to provide additional facilities in terms of
student support and guidance, for example by offering additional or

3. Students with top-athlete status who wish to avail themselves of the

1. De School is voornemens om de masteropleiding Economics and
Finance of Aging te beeindigen per 2014. Binnen andere
masteropleiding(-en) zullen dan tracks worden gecreëerd op het
vakgebied Economics and Finance of Aging.
2. Ingaande september 2013 zal de nieuwe master opleiding
International Business Taxation/track International Business Tax
Economics worden aangeboden.
3. Het dual degree programma voor de Master Finance met de
Universiteit van Eindhoven stopt per 1 september 2013. Er is geen
nieuwe instroom mogelijk. Studenten die nog bezig zijn in dit
programma worden in de gelegenheid gesteld het af te maken.

An overview of the Dual Degree Agreements indicated per Master degree Program in
combination with the Dual Degree Partners.
A Dual Degree can either be:
‘one-way’, intended for students coming from the partner university (incoming)
‘two-way’, in addition to the one-way construction also intended for Tilburg University students
(outgoing)
The agreed programs can differ from the programs listed in appendix 1 in which case this will be
indicated under ‘alterations to the program’. Further specifics in an agreement are presented

Eindhoven University of Technology
‘One-way’ agreement
Alterations to program of Master Finance:
Students coming from Eindhoven take 7 courses of the Master Finance of Tilburg University.
They also have to take the course ‘Finance for premasters’. The graduationthesis is conducted
jointly, whereby the TU/e provides the main supervision and the UvT second supervision.
Specifics:
The TU/e will award graduates the degree of Master of Science in Operations Management and
Logistics; the UvT will award graduates the degree of Master of Science in Finance.

Specifics: After graduation the student receives a MSc diploma from Tilburg University and a
Master’s diploma from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
University of Cape Town, South Africa (1-way)
Alterations to program: Students are able to work on their TU-Master’s thesis while they are in
Cape Town during the fourth semester. Preferably, the TU-Master’s thesis is integrated in a minidissertation at Cape Town University. Dual supervison on the Master’s thesis to be defended at
the University of Cape Town.
Specifics: After graduation the student receives a MSc diploma from Tilburg University and a
MCOM diploma from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Bilkent University, Faculty of Economics, Turkey (1-way)
Alterations to program: Students start their Master’s thesis at Tilburg University at the so-called
‘non-credit seminar course’ which is offered during the first year at Bilkent University. The result
is an so-called pre-thesis, which is the basis of the Master’s thesis in Tilburg. Besides the
supervisor, two co-supervisors are appointed, one of Tilburg University and one of Bilkent
University. The Master’s thesis is to be defended at Tilburg University. The examination
committee consists of the to co-supervisors and a chair, which will be appointed by the
coördinator of the Master’s Program at Tilburg University. The course ‘Seminar in applied
Methods for Economists’ is exempted for students who are enrolled in the MSc program
Economics.
Specifics: After graduation the student receives a MSc diploma from Tilburg University and a MA
in Economics diploma from Bilkent University.

Alterations to program: Students need to take an extra elective during the second semester at
Tilburg University. This extra elective will be added to the MBA study program at Bilkent
University.

Entry requirements for Master’s degree programs starting in 20142015, as referred to in Article 2.1.1.a
The entry requirements for FEB Bachelor’s graduates are divided into two categorys for each
Master’s degree program:
Category 1 : entry with this bachelor program is possible, specific course units can be required
for entry and are noted. In category 1 all these courses are part of the bachelor program as
mandatory optional course in a cluster.
Category 2 : entry with this bachelor program is possible, specific course units can be required
for entry and are noted. In category 2 (at least one of) these courses are not standard offered in
the bachelor program and can be taken either as a free elective (approval from the bachelor
program examination committee is necessary) or as an extra course on top of the
bachelor program
Category 3: Entry into a Master’s degree program on the basis of any other Bachelor's degree is,
in principle, not possible. Entry may, however, be possible via a university Premaster’s program
described in appendix 4. Please contact the academic advisor for more information about
Premaster's programs and the entry requirements.
