Just-in-Time Faculty/Student Conference Co-Presentation

Purpose

Funding is available through the Just-in-Time (JIT) Faculty/Academic Staff Professional Development fund to support faculty/staff co-presenting with graduate or undergraduate students at disciplinespecific conferences. Application is through the Faculty/Staff Just-in-time Professional Development program. While this set-aside is specifically to meet the needs of faculty/staff and student conference co-presentations, the regular Professional Development grant mechanism may also be used to apply. One proposal is submitted that includes the faculty and student request.

Application Timeline

Proposals are due electronically to Research Services at least 6 weeks before the professional development activity. Submit the proposal as a Word document to: rssubmissions@uwstout.edu

; proposals are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Awarded amount: up to $1,000 for faculty/academic staff and $1,000 for students 

 Evidence of co-presentation is required (i.e.: a letter or email of invitation verifying the copresenters).
