Intervenors’ counsel advise the Court that an Answer and Counterclaim will be filed on Monday, April 7, 2014. Discussion is held regarding the current expert witness deadline and whether an extension to that deadline should be granted. The Court does not believe that any factual discovery obtained by the Intervenors would impact the opinion of Defendant’s expert witness. THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED affirming the April 18, 2014 deadline for Defendant to disclose the opinion and report of its expert witness. 11:51 a.m. Hearing concludes.
