ABSTRACT
This proposal is a test and verficiation of the WFC3 dump of Control Section (CS) memory capability. Areas to dump include: EXEC RAM,
EEPROM and PROM memory with the CS in the OPERATE mode.
OBSERVING DESCRIPTION
Perform a full dump of the WFC3 Control Section (CS) EXEC RAM, EEPROM and PROM memory, with the CS in OPERATE. Then dump the
portion of the CS Buffer RAM containing the data as normal science images. WFC3 SI qasi_states are set to OBSERVE to enable the Science Data
Interface allowing the dumps commanded in the special instructions to succeed. Note: the remainder of the CS Buffer RAM is checked in Proposal
11358 (WFC3 Science Data Buffer Check/Self-Tests for CS Buffer RAM).

PREREQUISITE: The execution of this proposal is dependent on the successful recovery of the WFC3. The WFC3 should be in the OPERATE SI
qasi_state at the start of the proposal.

SCHEDULING: Allow 24-36 hours between this proposal and Proposal 11358 (WFC3 Science Data Buffer Check/Self-Tests for CS Buffer RAM).

DATA DOWNLINK REQUIREMENTS: Analysis of the CS memory data dump images produced in this proposal will have to be coordinated with
the GSFC HST Payload Flight Software Team who will have the necessary ground images for comparison with the memory dump images. Data
should be available within 24 hours for analysis. When executed, the GSFC HST Payload Flight Software Team should be contacted to analyze the
dump data. The data will be transferred via CCS to BIGCAT.
