Quarter credits ÷ 1.5 = semester credits

Do NOT use PASS/FAIL coursework.

Science courses should be designed for science majors/preprofessional students and must include a lab.

English courses must be from the English or Writing
department, unless designated as writing intensive on your
official transcript.

Grades of “C” or better only, “C-“ or lower not acceptable.




The following prerequisite courses must have been completed
within the last 7 years: Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Organic
Chemistry, Biochemistry (if applicable) and General Physics.
A single course may not be used in more than one area.
A maximum of 8 semester credits of AP or IB courses may be used
toward the prerequisite requirements.
A maximum of 8 semester credits or two courses taken online may
be used toward the prerequisites. If taking science courses, labs
must be physical not virtual.
